Prayers
Prayer is a major part of Unity worldwide. A 24-hour prayer number, (800) 669-7729, is used by millions at Silent Unity, a prayer center located at Unity Village, Missouri. We also welcome your calls for any spiritual needs at our local office number, (520) 625-5687. A Silent Unity Prayer Service is held at our Church each Thursday morning at 11:00 a.m.
"Hear my prayer, O God; give ear to the words of my mouth." - David (Psalm 54:2)
A Thanksgiving Prayer, by Samuel F. Pugh: Oh, God, when I have food, help me to remember the hungry. When I have work, help me to remember the jobless. When I am without pain, help me to remember those who suffer. And remembering, help me to destroy my complacency and bestir my compassion. Make me concerned enough to help, by word and deed, those who cry out for what we take for granted.

PRAYER FOR OUR CHURCH. God's abundance and endless supply is ours for the asking. All channels are free, and all doors are open, and we are receiving our good. By practicing our faith, therefore, we do believe that Divine Order fulfills ALL of our desires, and we know that our dream has already become a realization.
THANK YOU GOD...THANK YOU GOD...THANK YOU GOD!
The COMPLETE Prayer of Protection, by James Dillet Freeman (1912-2003), Unity's Poet Laureate
The LIGHT OF GOD surrounds me.
The LOVE OF GOD enfolds me.
The POWER OF GOD protects me.
The PRESENCE OF GOD watches over me.
The MIND OF GOD guides me.
The LIFE OF GOD flows through me.
The POWER OF GOD abides in me.
The JOY OF GOD uplifts me.
The STRENGTH OF GOD renews me.
The BEAUTY OF GOD inspires me.
Wherever I AM, God is!
Amen.
"But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father
which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly." - Jesus (Matthew 6:6)

Have Faith in the Lord, by Charles B. Pyke, Unity Church of the Valley, June 26, 2005.*
Have faith in the Lord.
He will guide you through tomorrow.
Have faith in the Lord.
You’ll have joy instead of sorrow.
When you pray to the Lord,
You’ll have health instead of illness.
For it’s faith in the Lord
That will bring you joy and wellness.
Have faith in God.
He’s the source of your supply.
Have faith in God.
Upon Him you can rely.
When you pray to God,
And you truly do believe,
With your faith in God,
His abundance you’ll receive.
Have faith in the Father
On Earth and in Heaven above.
Have faith in the Father.
He’s everlasting love.
When you pray to the Father,
He always hears your prayer.
For with faith in the Father,
You’ll have blessings everywhere.
For the Lord thy God
Is omniscient, omnipresent.
For the Lord thy God
Blesses king and child and peasant.
When you pray to thy God,
He will always hear your call.
For the Lord our God
Always loves us one and all.
Amen.
