What is Unity?

Prayer Support

Prayer Support for those in need:

To submit a Prayer Request to Silent Unity (Unity Headquarters) or to the Unity Church of Green Valley, go to our Prayer Requests page.

The Congregation of the Unity Church of Green Valley keeps in our prayers those of us and their loved ones who, from time to time, become challenged and need our spiritual support.

We hold several of our members in prayer, as we see the Divine Perfect Solution and Outcome to their situations.  We also continue our good thoughts for other members of our Congregation that have been listed on this page for the past several weeks, most of whom are now in the process of healing from their challenges.  Information here is updated as of June 26, 2008.   No confidential or private information, however, is ever disclosed.

Members of our Congregation and others of our Unity Church of Green Valley for whom we are offering our prayers are listed below (scroll down).

"So I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours." - Jesus  (Mark 11:24)   - Also quoted by  Dr. H. Emilie Cady in  Lessons in Truth,  Chapters 5 and 6.

  • Kaye Wivell is back at La Posada, special care, after undergoing quadruple bypass surgery more than a week ago.  She is making a rapid recovery.

  • Susan Pace informs is that Kay Perry recently underwent surgery for ovarian cancer.  We pray for her comfort and her total recovery, as she begins chemotherapy.

  • June de Pagter is recovering from a broken leg sustained in her home last Saturday and subsequent mending surgery.  She has been out of the hospital for some time and is recovering at a facility in Tucson.  The latest update is that she is doing very well.

  • We pray for Amalie Gonzalez, the 3-year-old grand-niece of Richard Barajas, as she faces additional surgery and chemotherapy for recurring cancer.  She went into remission a year ago from the first occurrence, as we prayed for her at that time.  Now, it is time for additional prayers to bring Amalie out of her current episode.

  • It is a pleasure to report that Jean Gray is recovering very nicely from recent surgery, and is up and around, doing normal activities.

  • We are pleased to announce that Dr. Lou Gilbert has recovered very well from surgery a few months ago.

  • Our prayers are with Lori McClain and Cori Hart, whose son (grandson of Lori) passed away recently.

  • We keep Jean Stillwell in mind, as she has had some minor health issues and has had to miss recent Silent Unity sessions.

  • Our prayers also go out to anyone else who, or whose loved one, may be facing a challenge (of any type - not just health), and who could use the help of our good thoughts and spiritual support.

"Thy faith hath made thee whole."  - Jesus  (Matthew 9:22, Mark 5:34, Mark 10:52, Luke 8:48)

All Prayers are Answered.
