Board of Trustees Unity Church of Green Valley is governed by a Board of Trustees, elected by the membership of the Church. The Board of Trustees operates under the provisions of the Bylaws of the Unity Church of Green Valley and guidelines set forth by the Association of Unity Churches. Each of the seven Directors serves for a three-year term, and two or three positions come up for election each year.

The five new members of the Board of Trustees, as elected or re-elected at the February 10, 2008 Annual Membership Meeting, plus the two continuing members, are: New: Barney Nicholas (three-year term) Position now vacant, awaiting appointment (remainder of three-year term). Barbara Hinton (two-year term). Re-elected: Kaye Wivell (two-year term). Re-elected by the Board Members as President. Charles McClellan (one-year term). Elected by the Board Members as Vice-President. Continuing: Robert Brown. Gael Chilson. Re-elected by the Board Members as Secretary. Position of Treasurer awaiting appointment.

The Board of Trustees normally meets on the third Wednesday of each month, 9:30 a.m., in our Church Building. The next regular board meeting is scheduled for Wednesday July 16, 2008.
