About Our Church

Unity is a worldwide ministry of prayer, publishing, and education that helps people of all faiths apply positive spiritual principles in their daily lives.

Unity Institute (formerly known as the Unity School of Christianity) is the World Headquarters of the Unity Movement. It is located in Unity Village, Lee's Summit, MO.

The Association of Unity Churches is the membership organization of individual Unity Churches.

Unity in the Valley is a positive thinking, loving community who express their unity and oneness with each other and with our world through daily practicing the Christ principles of a loving, supportive God. We welcome everyone and support each person's spiritual growth. Unity Church of Green Valley is a member of the Association of Unity Churches.

Our Sunday Worship Services are held at 10:00 a.m. in our Church Building, 17630 S. Camino de las Quintas, Sahuarita, AZ 85629 (see our Sunday Services page).

Unity, the Association of Unity Churches, and Unity Church in Green Valley are non-profit organizations.

All faiths are welcome.

We encourage anyone in Tucson or the Santa Cruz Valley who does not have a permanent church home to visit us on Sunday morning.

Office Hours: Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Book Services Department is also open each Sunday, immediately following the Sunday Worship Service. Consultation with, and counseling by, Rev. Maurice Guerette are available by appointment.

Sunday Worship Services: 10:00 a.m., in our Church Building (see our Sunday Services page and our Maps and Directions page). The services are open to everyone. We welcome all visitors, newcomers, and guests.

Music Department: [see Music and Choir page] Barbara Hinton has retired as Music Director and Choir Director, but remains an occasional member of the Choir. The church music administration consists of:

Music Department Director: Charles McClellan. Serves at times as Pianist.

Choir Director and Organist / Pianist / Flutist: Mary Lou Catania.

Trumpeter: Carmen Catania. Occasionally directs the Choir.

Other Musicians: Gael Chilson, Arlene Anderson, Nancy Wyatt, and Janet McCormack.
